Wednesday-8:30am-11:30am and 1:00pm-4:00pm. Closed 12pm to 1pm for lunch.

Please note: Service is always first come, first served and is dependent upon volume.

Applicants MUST present a photo ID and proof of address each time they wish to receive services.

Basic Services, including food, diapers, baby food and formula, hygiene and cleaning products are available on a walk-in basis, up to three times per calendar year. After the third walk-in visit, the household has the following options:

Schedule a meeting with a Stabilization Specialist to review household finances and use of community resources and/or

Household is eligible for the monthly food distribution.

Eligibility

Applicants must live in the 49423, 49424, or 49460 and have a valid id and proof of address (must be less than 90 days old) to be assessed for services.

Monthly Food Distribution/Quarterly Commodities

Community Action House provides a monthly food distribution to all low-income households in our service area. Eligibility is income-based, and households must provide picture ID and proof of address to access service. Households may come each month to receive this food.

Quarterly Commodities is open to all Ottawa County residents who self-declare an emergency need for food and/or meet income guidelines.

Basic Services
Individuals and families accessing basic services meet with a Stabilization Specialist to identify available resources and services that can help them stabilize a financial crisis. Services are available free of charge based on current need and can be accessed at both north and south side locations.
